    Now that you understand the why and how of doing exposures. The next step is to make a plan to gradually face your fears. That plan is called a fear ladder. Watch the video to learn how to build a fear ladder. Then use the fear ladder library below to pick items to put on your ladder.

  • The fear ladder library lists activities you can use to face your fears, organized by the type of situation, thought, or feeling that sets off anxiety or OCD. Each activity you select will be added to the fear ladder(s) that you can download on the next page. You can also write in your own activities under the Other Items option available in each section.
